Trustee

Melanie joined YPPT as a Trustee in October 2026. With two children who enjoy attending a local drama club, she understands first hand the value that the arts can bring in building children’s confidence, and she was impressed by the inspirational stories on YPPT website about the children who had taken part in the YPPT programme.

Melanie is a chartered accountant and has been working in finance for large organisations for over 20 years. She is keen to use her experience to help ensure good standards of governance and financial processes in YPPT, while helping to continue the charity to grow.
