Nisha Allen

Co-Chair of Trustees

Nisha joined YPPT’s Board as a Parent Trustee in 2024 after seeing the impact of five of YPPT’s puppet camps on her daughter. Inspired by her daughter’s enthusiasm and growing confidence, she felt compelled to support the charity’s work more formally.

Nisha brings experience in CRM within the Medical Devices sector and Bookkeeping within the Social Care sector, giving her a strong foundation in operational systems, compliance and financial processes. Her time as a Trustee deepened her understanding of YPPT’s mission, motivating her to take on a Co‑Chair Trustee role in 2026.

In this role, Nisha is committed to providing hands‑on support, strengthening governance and increasing awareness of the transformative experiences YPPT offers to primary school‑aged children. She is passionate about helping the charity grow sustainably while ensuring its programmes continue to enrich children’s creativity and confidence.
