Intergenerational projects
Bringing all ages together
On our intergenerational projects, the puppets and sets are created by teams of adult volunteers of all ages, who attend weekly workshops together to make stunning marionettes and backdrops. As well as learning a huge range of artistic and creative skills, the volunteers get to know lots of new people and make new friends.
The sets and puppets are then given to a local school or holiday camp, where the children rehearse and perform the show for the local community, including their friends, family and of course the volunteers!
