Artsmark

Artsmark is the creative quality standard for schools and education settings, awarded by Arts Council England, recognising their commitment to high quality arts and cultural education. The YPPT is proud to be an Artsmark partner, supporting schools and education settings on their Artsmark journey, inspiring children and young people to create, experience, and participate in great arts and culture. Our projects are an excellent opportunity for education settings who are working towards, or currently hold an Artsmark Award. The projects are particularly suitable for KS2 and upwards, with links to English, Maths, History and Geography as well as the more obvious Art, Design & Technology and Drama. We can also work with schools on an individual basis who want to use puppetry/drama more in their KS1 curriculum.

Arts Award

The YPPT offers Arts Award at Discover, Explore, Bronze and Silver levels, offering a range of workshops and projects tailored to the young people involved. Get in touch for a discussion about how we could run Arts Award programmes at your school that will introduce your pupils to new art forms and help them achieve more than they knew was possible. Arts Awards are certified by Trinity Guildhall, and all levels above Discover are part of the National Certification Framework.
