This week saw the first YPPT performances of 2017, at The Orion Primary School in Edgware. The Y6 puppet group put on four great performances of their show Aladdin which were all very well-received by the audiences. Congratulations to all involved, and special thanks to Michelle McDonald for her supervision of the project.

With SATs out of the way, rehearsals are now under way for five shows at three schools. The Orion children will be performing Aladdin  next week on Monday 22nd May at 5pm, so are in the final stages of rehearsals now. It's looking great and we hope to see you there! Meanwhile, Houndsfield Primary are still in the technical stages of rehearsal (no pun intended) with lighting programming and stage crew rehearsals this week. As far as we know, we're the only organisation teaching the difficult concept of DMX lighting programming in primary schools, but they've really taken to it and produced some great lighting designs so far!
