This year's YPPT projects are well under way at Aboyne Lodge and The Purcell School. With just one more week before half term, both classes are finishing off their heads, hands and feet, and will be putting their puppets together just after the holiday.
The YPPT is delighted to be working with Richard Austin of Sculpture Workshop to produce the heads and hands out of clay and Sculpey. Each pupil has designed and made a head of clay before painting it and attaching hair. Some have also made great hats for their puppets (photos to follow).
